Do you have parking available?


Yes! We have ample free parking available in front of the building.




Do you offer refreshments?


Yes, coffee is available in our lounge while you wait for class. However, drinks and food are not allowed in the training room.




Do you have handicap parking and accessibility?


Yes, Handicap parking is available along with push pad door openers. An elevator is also available to the training room floor.




What are your hours?


We have classes scheduled on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you do not see a class scheduled on any of these days, I am conducting a class offsite. Please contact us if you need training sooner than the next available class.





COURSES

How long are the classes?


Each course is unique and varies in length. Please see the course description for duration.




What should I wear?


Please dress comfortably. You may be performing CPR on the floor.




How soon will I receive my completion card?


Your American Heart Association completion card will be emailed to you within 24 hours or less.




Do you offer classes on the weekends?


Yes! Classes are offered in the evening and weekends. Please contact us if a customized schedule is needed.




What is your refund/cancellation policy?


To cancel or reschedule, please call 240-446-0363 or email cpr@savergenix.com at least 48 hours in advance.

Refund Policy:

If a student fails to show up for class, a refund will not be issued.
Students who are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled class will have to reschedule. No refund.
Refunds are only issued if the instructor cancels the class and the student is not available for the rescheduled date/time.
